1. Return Policy:
We guarantee to return if you are not satisfied with your purchase. And you can apply for return and refund online within 15 days after receiving the order. Please make sure the returned item is saleable.
Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
2. Return Process:
Contact AiiChic—mark order number--&phone number—tracking number—arrange reshipment/refund
Cash on Delivey: Refund will be added to your account;
Credit Card: Refund will be added back to the same credit card used for the payment within 8 to 15 working days.
3. Return Note:
a. These categories cannot be returned: Underwear, Swimwear, Leggings, Beauty.
b. The refund is only for returned item based on the online "Audited" application.
eg: The product has no problem and is not used within 15 days.
Product has a problem, and not used within 7 days.
AiiChic made a mistake.
c. Please keep the returned item unused with original packing includes SKU number, or the refund may be delayed.
d. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
Return Note For Electronic Items:
a. We only accept returned item unopened and saleable; The return&refund must be applied within 15 days after parcel received.
b. If there is item quality issue, please come to relevant repair agency for testing first then apply for return&refund, upload effective pictures. We will deal with the return&refund application timely.
Please understand that we do not accept returns or exchange without prior return authorization. Therefore if you need to return your order for some reason, please contact our Customer Service staff first to confirm.
